i thought this scene was fairly interesting. a filing desk of sorts and a fire hydrant in a field near the beach.

I really dig this. Dunno ... the brightness of the fire hydrant just jumps at me. I like all the "verticalness," too -- on first glance I didn't catch all the vertical lines in this shot, but now I'm seeing them quite strongly.

That single slanted overhang of dark sky works well.

This is one of the most appealing shots I've seen in weeks.

I like the subject, the water hydrant focused well and a random table left behind, and somehow, they do fit together in the photograph

yep great composition, the desk and the fire hydrant are positioned very well to each other, but what I think I like most about this is the tall grass behind the desk looking like they're reaching up to the clouds which also look great how there is a break in them showing some bare sky. Very clever unusual shot. +fav

the shot tells a bizarre story...intriguing, like an old pink floyd cover (or, to be more precise, something that Storm Thorgerson [link] might come up with)
